Introduction

Welcome to MRPro, a company registered in the Netherlands. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 16 years of age or have explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian upon registration. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are registering on behalf of a minor under 16, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and provide consent for their use of the Platform. MRPro reserves the right to request proof of age or parental/guardian consent at any time.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and responsible manner. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Knowingly attempt to harm, disrupt, or compromise the Platform, including but not limited to introducing malware, viruses, or engaging in hacking, phishing, or denial-of-service attacks.
• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Post, share, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
• Impersonate another person or entity or provide false information during registration or use.
• Interfere with or disrupt other users’ enjoyment of the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@mrpro.gg if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register an account using a supported authentication provider (e.g., Google or Discord). You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. MRPro may suspend or terminate your account if we determine that the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of MRPro or its licensors and are protected by Dutch and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform without prior written consent from MRPro.

By submitting content to the Platform (e.g., profile information, chat messages, or team information), you grant MRPro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content to provide and improve our services.

Purchases and Payments

Certain features or services on the Platform may require payment. All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees. MRPro is not responsible for errors or issues arising from the payment processor.

Termination

MRPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, harmful conduct, or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately, and any data associated with your account may be deleted, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, MRPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting us at contact@mrpro.gg before initiating legal proceedings.

Changes to These Terms

MRPro may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must refrain from using the Platform.
